Join Amy Burckhard, a trained life coach who holds a master's degree in social work for a 4-week workshop. During her work as the Director of Memory Care for a home care agency, Amy discovered her passion for helping people live joyous lives. As a group and individually you will identify what "Find Your Joy" means to you through self-assessment, identifying roadblocks and stressors, discussing nutrition and health, and building support systems. Amy will work with you to figure out what your joy is, help you realize your goals and help you live your best life. Amy believes that everyone has within them, the passion and potential to have joy, regardless of age and situation. A notebook will be provided for notes and exercises.
